Love this store! I was visiting my sister she lives an hour from me, So on my way home my daughter and I stopped in with the intentions of only buying a oven cleaner but left with groceries. It was Extremely clean and organized. The Bakery & Deli are far beyond any competitors. Things are not only beautifully displayed but there were things there that I have never seen in other grocery stores. Such a wide variety. I found myself buying so many pre-made meals that I've never seen before that looked too delicious to not try, This coming from someone who typically is not someone to buy pre-made meals. The Pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting in the bakery taste like something you would find at a high end bakery. Omg, I have ate more then I'm willing to admit since yesterday. I have a local Winn Dixie that DOES NOT COMPARE to this location. I actually seldom go. But this location I love so much that it would be worth the hour drive just to shop there. Oh, And I heard Disney music playing. My daughter and I loved! We actually had so much fun just shopping together. The employee took our baskets from us after we emptied them at self checkout and put them away for us without us asking. There was so many BOGO's also, Forgot to add that. Oh, and a beautiful floral department. I called my sister on my way home who lives in Fleming Island to tell her she should shop there instead of Publix. That says alot coming from me. Read moreIf I could I would give them zero a stars because I come in here once a month ever since I moved in of last year to get my groceries and my meat and some other things for me and my kids cuz I'm a single mom full of groceries to check out and self-checkout and today did these young ones decided to tell me that I could not that I needed to go through a regular line even though it was not marked 10 items continue to argue with me a customer that was about to drop at least $500 plus in the store on food and other items but no so I walked out and I'm so sorry that you have to put up all of my groceries because you did not want to let me use stuff check out because I like to ring up and bag my own stuff I have every right to do that and if you wanted to stand there like the normal self out check girl does you could have to watch me ring up everything I wasn't trying to steal I'm a honest person called to get corporates number and they said it so fast that we could not understand anything. But maybe you 5 people working could have stood there with me to watch me instead you wanted to cause a seen so I walked out . Because of what. Exactly? Read moreI vowed to my family that this is my last visit to this Winn Dixie or perhaps any. I don't mind traveling farther for our groceries, they'd be cheaper anyways. It never fails that when you visit this location, along with their other locations, and get multiple items that at least one item's price will not match what it rings up for on the register. However today just was the best yet. I went in for 3 items. One didn't even have a price tag on the shelf and the other 2 were off. A yellow table tag marked 7.49 for a cake rang up for 7.99. Not horrible but still employee incompetence or management lack of attention to detail. Then toilet paper marked 10.49 on the shelf was 13.49 at the register. I don't bother to point these out to the child behind the register because the company doesn't empower them to give a credit, they must go through Congress to adjust it. So in conclusion, I'm done with this store, it was fun. I guarantee the store won't respond to this nor management reaching out to me to correct it.
