Just had Jason Alexander and his crew - Josiah, Jerry, and Danny - install a new Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless air conditioner in our lanai. It was replacing an older unit that needed major work. Munn's office staff sent me a reminder text and email about the appointment (always helpful) and also a picture of Jason and a short biography. I thought this was a really nice touch. Jason and crew took out the old unit and came up with some nice solutions this particular install called for. I couldn't be happier with their work, attitude, and friendliness. This company understands customer needs and works hard for you. Every call I took was professional, friendly, and thoughtful. I am thoroughly impressed with Munn's, Jason and crew, and all the support staff. You won't go wrong if you choose Munn's. They have my complete trust. In fact, I am also having them replace all the ductwork in my crawlspace. Can't wait!

Got back from vacation and one of the air conditioners wasn't working. Called Munn's and they were out the next day. Chris put in some coolant and we're up and running. Coming back out tomorrow to check for leaks. I love this company. Extremely professional!

Joe came the next day (early!) as promised, checked for leaks, and fixed it. Done within and hour and the air conditioner is blasting arctic air now. Joe also rearranged the lines so that the mini-split hung beautifully on the wall. Thanks, Joe.

Jonathan came out today for maintenance on both our ductless system and main AC unit. I got a text, email, and a call alerting me to the upcoming appointment the day before. The text included a picture of Jonathan and a short resume. He was on time and very friendly. He wore his mask the entire time he was here, including when he was outside. I continue to be impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and concern Munn's has for it's customers.

Roy just finished doing maintenance on my 5 ton AC unit. The company sent out the usual text message and email with a picture of my technician, Roy, and a short biography. He was right on time, greeted me, and then went right to work. Gave me a great complement on the remodel of my garage interior. Thanks, Roy! Everything on the AC unit was checked and made ready for winter. Always a pleasure doing business with Munn's. They are so efficient. Had my copy of the invoice on my phone even before Roy left.

Just had Eric come out to repair our 17 year old AC. As you might guess, it has basically completely died. Eric has set me up with an appointment to price out a new one. As with all Munn's techs, Eric was thoughtful, patient, and prompt. Really still liking Munn's policy of texting who's coming. I'll let you know about the new AC installation.
Scott came and priced out a new AC. We did buy a new one, but they won't have a crew available for a week. Going to have to tough out this Florida heat and humidity for awhile longer.

The new A/C has been installed. I'm very grateful for the five man crew that did such a remarkably quick install. The electricians got all the rewiring done and the electric panels relabeled. A new concrete slab was put in and the unit mounted, leveled, and bolted down. The ductwork was beautifully re-installed and a temporary shroud put in to cover the ducts.
Had Shaun come out a few days later to install the permanent aluminum shroud. He and his coworker faced a number of challenges (fitting around pipes, a ledge, etc.). About half way through, it started raining. They set up a huge umbrella and finished the job. Gotta love their commitment.
I continue to be completely satisfied with the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of this company and all the employees I've dealt with. They have my unqualified endorsement.
