Jae Laimee Bridal Boutique — Local services in Fruitport Charter Township

Absolutely thrilled with this boutique. I’m having a last-minute elopement in the area, so I have been scrambling to get things together. One of the last pieces i need to make everything perfect is a veil.

I stopped at the shop unannounced, but Deb pulled up as soon as I did. Even though no one else was at the shop, and she was only there between a catering event, she allowed me to come in and look at the veils.

Not only did she help me find the most perfect veil, but she also gave me a deal on it after hearing the budget I had in mind, so we could stick to it. Deb even went the extra mile and made me a garment bag with my new last name after hearing I didn’t have one to store my gown in.

Seriously, I can not rave about this experience enough. Deb made me feel extremely special, and has added to the magic of my special day. I’d give this place 20 stars if I could.

Tip for other brides - make an appointment before just...

Unfortunately we did not get to experience this bridal boutique because they did not show up for our scheduled appointment. My sister and mom requested to do a Sunday appointment and they were accommodating and even sent a reminder the day before the appointment. We got here early, knocked on all the doors, waited 15 minutes after the appointment was supposed to be, called the business number, messaged on Facebook and still no response. We had family come from out of state and out of town for this experience and we were brick walled. Very unfortunate and not good business practice to have an appointment be set in April, send out a reminder the day before and then no show.

*Update: owner contacted us a few hours after this was posted and let us know her system did not remind her of our appointment or she would have had someone there...

Carey was AMAZING! We told her about my bad experiences at another bridal shop and she turned my whole experience around. She listened to what I wanted and we even had fun trying on dresses I would never wear just for the fun of it! They provide refreshments and snacks for you and your party. I had her full attention 100% of the time and she made sure I was comfortable and happy with the dresses I tried on. There was no stress at all! Most bridal shops are pushing you to get a dress that day and it’s the complete opposite at Jae Laimee! Sooo many beautiful dress so many options to try on.
