Field Electric is, without exaggeration, the best company that I have worked with since returning to New Hampshire! Field Electric have installed two mini-splits for me and they just wrapped up a generator installation. Their customer service and professionalism is second to none. They are very prompt with their replies and the crews they send out are always very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was having some issues connecting with my propane company regarding adding some additional tanks for my generator and with, my work schedule, I had a difficult time reaching out to the propane company. Ken, from Field Electric, took that burden off my plate by reaching out to the propane company directly and helped coordinate my schedule with Field Electric's schedule, and with the propane company's schedule. I honestly do not know if I would have had the bandwidth (given my own job) to have successfully connected with the propane company! When the propane technician was at my house, I called Ken directly so he could explain his vision of where the generator would go. The propane technician had Ken on speaker phone and I was very grateful to hear Ken, without prompt, go to bat for me by making sure I was not being overcharged with the propane requirements. Ken went above and beyond and I appreciate him for that!

Sam and Andrew were top-notch professionals and the two got my generator installed and running. They even let my dogs out while I was out of the house for a period of time (which was a huge relief!). Thank you both!

Junior who took care of all the LP hookup which made this project effortless for us. Todd and Jason the electricians that completed all the electrical work tested the unit and took the time to explain what we should expect of our purchase! Our experience with Field Electric was exceptional. We bought a home that needed some updating of the electrical service.

We met with Seth at our home, after speaking to a very helpful Brian in the office. Seth took a lot of time with us explaining what should be done to bring the home up to date. He answered all of our questions and gave us many good ideas.

The electricians, Joel, Conor, and Kyle that came to do the work were professional, punctual, and pleasant. Joel answered all of our questions and addressed all our concerns.

I can't say enough good things about Seth and his team. We have a generator project and a solar project planned for later this year and it will be Field Electric that will do the job.
