Duncan Junction Depot — Local services in Fuquay-Varina

Duncan junction is a local country store where you can get gas, alcohol and common grocery needs (prices include convenience factor of course). Unfortunately, due to the location I suppose since there are no other businesses within 5 miles, gas tends to be top dollar here usually 30 cents higher than stores in town. There is only 1 old cash register and the store tends to attract old fashion folk so there tends to be a long line at typical commute hours. Great selection of beer and they sell singles of IPA's so you don't have to spend $13 on a whole 6 pack of an IPA that you may not like. Excellent friendly customer service. They offer extra services like key making and notary services. Unfortunately due to the dollar general next door again being open for its normal hours, Duncan junction has again gone back to closing at 9pm rather than 10pm. Would give...

This is a great convenience store, the staff are friendly, the selection is nice. You can buy tackle, and even get a fishing license in the store.
