Put $1,800 down on a car, which was kinda high for us but we assumed for such a high down payment, maybe we'll get something reliable. That wasn't the case...3 days after getting it, it wouldn't start. We called Ace and after a week of "we'll get back to you" they finally gave us a solution. We'll replace the battery for you guys but it'll be $75. I thought that was crazy considering we only had it 3 days and put a lot of money down already but whatever, we needed the car. A week later, the car shuts down while I'm driving through the Wal-Mart parking lot. I jump it and continue driving. 2 days later the car is overheating really bad. I look and all the coolant leaked out. I refill it but still overheating. Called up Ace again and they said "no problem. We'll send out a tow truck and fix it right up for you." 2 days later, they call saying the car is ready to go. In order to get it back we'll need over $700...now I'm not gonna say all of their cars are bad but as far as the business end, just know that all you are to them is a payment. They don't seem to care about their customers at all and won't even try to work with you......I highly recommend going to DEAN'S in Fort Payne. We had the same problem with them, car broke down in the first week and was broke down for another week after that. They said, go ahead and fix it. Don't worry about paying us for this month. When the car continued having problems, they put us in a new one free of charge. That's the difference between a company that cares about their customers and a company that only cares...

Read moreThis is an update to my previous review.
After multiple attempts to rectify two pre-existing conditions, the dealership has been unable to provide a permanent solution. The issues with the rear left door persist, and we have yet to receive the master key to the vehicle.
We purchased a hybrid Ford C-Max with 98,000 miles. Thus far, we have not encountered any mechanical issues. The staff at the dealership is courteous and helpful. Upon receiving the vehicle, we discovered that the left rear door handle was broken. It took several attempts to obtain the necessary parts for repair. Although the handle was eventually fixed, the repair was not permanent as the door handle remains broken.
The dealership offers a selection of quality vehicles, and I would still recommend them to others. However, the challenges encountered in resolving the pre-existing conditions warrant a...
