Don Mangum Grocery — Local services in Gainesville

We live about a half mile away from this store, so we end up doing quite a bit of business there. The staff are always helpful and as nice as can be. The parking is a bit limited at the busiest times but that is understandable and they've also painted lines and that has been a great improvement. This store has a fairly varied selection and at times when I've needed something more specialized I stop by just to see and am pleasantly surprised that they have it in stock. I also drink a particular drink product and they make sure they always keep some in stock for me. I'd much rather shop here than the Dollar General up the road. The prices are comparable to any other convenience store, but the willingness to keep what I like in stock and the pleasantness of the owners/employees will keep me as a customer as long as I live in the area. Don't like the way that people park there. They just park anyway that they want and most of the time they park by the road and you can not see around them. There has been a few accidents right there in front of this store, and people just don't pay enough attention to pedestrians and other people.
