I called this establishment to place an order for my Dad classmate who had passed. I spoke with a lady who was doing a million things at one time who first asked what was my budget,I told her $100+. She proceeds to tell me that she could do a vase however I didn't want a vase, I wanted a green plant. I asked her could she put on the ribbon "EE Butler High School c/o 1965? She told me yes. Now mind you amongst the million things she had going on she stated that she didn't have the letters and she'd have to check with her supplier. The supplier said she did have the letters so I thought we were in business. I made it clear that money wouldn't be an issue and that I was more concerned about the quality of the product. She asked if she could give her opinion and I was open to her opinion. She suggested that I should get the 10in instead of the 8in in which I was open to purchasing the 10in. That's when she realized that she didn't have a 10in basket in stock. She made another phone call to get the basket, she then tells me that she can't do ALL those letters for $25. I asked could it possibly be done no matter what the charges were. I was then told that it could not be done, at this point I was getting frustrated but I never let it show during our phone call. Once I realized that she didn't have the specified request I decided to just find someone who could. I thanked the lady for her time and attention towards the matter and told her that I would find someone else who could help me with exactly what I was asking for and I hung up the phone. It wasn't 30 seconds later I received a call from her yelling and screaming that she would take me to court and sue me if she wasn't able to get the charges reversed on her card. She was very rude and demanding. I have never been handled by anyone the way she handled me. She then started texting my phone profiling me and belittling me as if I couldn't pay for what I was asking for. I would not recommend this florist to anyone I know. My family has been doing business with another florist here locally in Gainesville for over 50 plus years, however they were closed today. After this horrible experience I was able to contact the owner of the florist that we normally deal with and she went over and beyond to meet my request on her day off. I ended up asking the lady to not text my phone anymore because I was being harassed. If using this establishment just be prepared for ANYTHING, because that lady was a live wire. I didn't get her name mainly because she was so busy talking to other people and never made me feel like I was a priority nor my business. Customer service is absolutely horrible! They take your credit card and email address, provide no confirmation, time of deliver or amount. Very unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau! When I called to inquire about my purchase after several hours of no correspondence, the lady was rude and told me she would process the transaction and deliver the flowers when she had time. Her attitude was disgusting! I simply called back because I gave them my credit card information and I have the right to inquire about a purchase I made if I received no confirmation. She then told me to take my services elsewhere and hung up the phone. Now I see why they only had 4 reviews before mine and I imagine they are acquaintances or family friends because I would never consider using them again or recommend them to any of my friends or loved ones.

Please do not waste your time using this florist. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. Customers provide you business so you shouldn’t be rude or disrespectful, regardless of any circumstances. Without customers, there is no business.....

Awful agreement for a funeral and over charged plus added a little more without telling that there was a weekend fee!!! I had to buy more flowers and greenery to make them look decent!!! They took advantage of my mother and say they can only give store credit like we would ever buy anything else from them I would advise no one to use them unless you want flowers you can buy from the grocery store in a vase for way lower price for the 400 we was charged I was expecting a beautiful agreement we will be disputing the charge with the credit card company we don’t want a store credit!!
