We stored our travel trailer here in a covered unit for about 6 months. It was a little pricy but the place looked new, had easy access from 82 and I could start it all online. We had planned a trip for Memorial Day weekend and tried to access the camper a few days before we planned to leave to start loading it. Our gate code would not work. I called the number and left a voicemail. It doesn’t ring, just straight to voicemail. I also sent an email to the listed email address. I checked my online account and bank statement to make sure I was up to date on payments. I was current and had not missed a single payment. I had not heard anything by the day we planned to leave and had left other messages/ sent another email. My access code still did not work... We had to rent another space online to get a new code so that we could get our trailer and take it on a trip. We canceled both accounts immediately. Three weeks later I received a three line email stating it was a gate issue that was fixed. I have continued to call and leave voicemails but can not talk to anyone to actually...

Renting the unit online was easy but, you need to call to get the code for the gate. There is not an actual office at the Gainesville location. So, even though it says to go to the office to finish your rental, it is all online then when you call the office they will provide the code for the gate and tell you which unit you will have.

Update: I think pest control must have been there because the spiders were dead the next time I went out there. My unit is completely infested with black widow spiders. At least six different nests. When I first opened it I thought the little white balls were pieces of spray foam or something. They were egg sacs and they are everywhere. I have never seen that many black widows in one place!

Otherwise, the cost is very reasonable and it feels like a safe and...

I love the facility, it’s quiet, I was able to tie my dog to the truck while I spent 4 hours unloading my stuff - the place was well lit and secure, I felt very safe.

I rented my unit last minute online, the office ended up being closed that day but I received a call from someone filling in for the day, she got me the gate password code set up right away.
