Just returned from our first Jamaican vacation and I can't say enough about Robyn at Amazing Escapes.

Robyn handled all the details of our trip from the planning phase to our arrival home. She asked smart questions about what we expected in our trip, our preferred activities, and our price points and customized a trip that checked ALL OF OUR BOXES in our price range. On top of making reservations, arrangements, and recommendations, she prepared a step by step guide on what to expect at each phase of our trip (customs, transport, local information, etc.). In fact, everything was exactly as Robyn said it would be (resort details, food, rooms, etc.).

Robyn played a key role in organizing our family get-together for 16 guests in the Dominican Republic. She sourced quotes from multiple resorts, explored various dates, and considered different airports since we were all traveling from different states. She made the entire booking process incredibly smooth! With a 5-month-old joining the trip, she ensured we had all the necessary documentation as soon as it became available and made sure our room was equipped with a crib. On our return journey, we faced flight cancellations, but Robyn quickly found alternative flights and helped us rebook. She also assisted with filing a claim with the airline.
