I think Steve and Charlene are great. They have always been extremely courteous and helpful to me. They provide excellent feedback and expertise and I am happy to do business with them again. Too many people errantly think that every small business should act like Walmart and say the customer is always right. A customer who self-righteously feels like they should be able to bring a drink into an antique shop should be able to accept being reprimanded for it--especially when it comes to behaviors that could cause a significant financial loss to the proprietor.
