B and S Equipment Sales — Local services in Gallatin

I've bought 3 pieces of equipment from them. An excavator then a tractor now recently a round baler. Baler was near new! Everything has been advertised and described as it was and I couldn't be happier. I'll be back. The customer service before a d after the sale have been second to none! The tractor I bought i was unfamiliar with and couldn't find some oil capacity specs. Justin is my salesman. I called him up 6 weeks after the purchase and he PERSONALLY delivered me a spec sheet with everything I needed. Heck.....the Case dealer I bought my brand new tractor and disc mower wouldn't ever even return a phone call 3 DAYS...

Advertised as fully functional and couldn't even get it off the trailer when I got it home. Front door latch broken. Then noticed an oil leak on the trailer. Took it to dealer to first even be able to get it off the trailer and dig into the leak. Note didn't notice leak because it was parked in a corn field with black dirt. Turbo is puking oil when it regens and already $2000 into it. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

Update received a call back from auction service and hopefully we can come to some sort...

In my years long search for just the right backhoe, I came across one at B&S Equipment. Despite the half-day drive to get there the backhoe they had advertised far exceeded my expectations. The quality of equipment made it worth the drive. While my search for a backhoe may be over, I will keep B&S Equipment in mind for future needs. I am very pleased with the staff...
