Ryan takes so much time and care in packaging, processing and presentation of the meat we purchased from him. We can’t even go to the grocery store to buy meat anymore for our family because it doesn’t even compare to the tasteful meat Ryan butchers. We have loved everything from him, the deer, bear, dairy cows, and pork. It is worth paying him because he respects the animals by making sure nothing that can be used to cook with goes to waste.
