I own a major Dunn and Bradstreet perfect rated international restaurant supply company. The staff is professional. The owner is unprofessional rude and a jerk. I would never recommend wines, beef or any supplies to any company I represent in the USA or Canada where the owner is not nice or communicative. The wine on reds are adequate but not to the quality of Napa , their white wines totally suck and can be used as engine degreasers but they have pretty good balsamic vinegar and good events but personally I would not recommend one of the restaurants I represent to buy anything as the owners attitude is far below that of companies in Monterey, Sonoma or Napa who are much willing to be personable the owner here is...

The oils and vinegars have great flavor. They must be doing something right if they have a contract with Pietro's Trattoria in Lodi. There's always a nice light breeze so it's not unpleasant hot.
