I honestly cannot say I'm even a customer yet when I found myself in their parking lot because the tire on the back of my motorcycle went flat I didn't even have to ask for assistance. Once they noticed my flat tire they immediately offered their air compressor which I didn't even know they had. We attempted to air up my tire and quickly noticed a big hole letting the air right back out. They even had a screw that fit into the hole which allowed me to air it up and get back home. You all saved me today and I thank you very much! Not only did you help me and my bike get home but also reminded me that there are great people out there still. It's amazing how the little things sometimes can have the biggest of impacts. I wish success upon you and your families and I look forward to paying it forward myself....

These guys are awesome. I (very regrettably) had a dvd system installed in my vehicle by Kustom Audio Radio. When my kids broke it, I found out their customer service was simply awful. Enter Sound Decision. They are always courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the DVD player no problem. I recently had to get a pair of headphones replaced and they were able to do that for me as well. They also did a great job tinting my front windows.
