I had Alabama Reliable Roofing to remove & replace my roof March 6th 2023. They put 12 foot wide tarps on all sides of my house so no nails could puncture my lawn mower tires. Jeff & Josh & all their workers """ARE TO THE BEST""" They did a wonderful job on my home. As Allstate,s advertisement says ""YOUR IN GOOD HANDS""". This applies to Alabama Reliable Roofing as well. [Feb 2025]: We hired Alabama Reliable Roofing to replace the roof on our house in Gardendale, AL, and they did a fantastic job. Josh helped us every step of the way, was incredibly responsive, addressed all of our concerns, was a huge help when working with our insurance, and was able to get us an excellent quote.

The installation of the roof went as smoothly as it could have - the workers were very respectful, finished the job in one day, did a fantastic job, and the roof looks great!

The team is one of the most professional groups I’ve encountered. They arrived on time, removed the old roof and installed the new one in one day. They even cleaned my gutters which was a very nice surprise. They cleaned the yard and left no evidence they had been there other than the pretty new roof. The guys even put my garbage cans up after the garbage truck ran. In a world where customer service is sometimes lacking, you get more than you pay for with this group.
