First and foremost if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! After having gone several years without a cut or color I finally decided to take the plunge. I was initially recommended to Anchor salon by a friend. When I reached out the owner Nikki was extremely helpful and professional, and always gave a prompt response. She took the time to find out what services I was looking for and then proceeded to pair me with who she felt would be able to accomplish what I was looking to have done. I was booked with Emily Robichaud and prior to my appointment she sent me a message to confirm this message included the services she would be providing she also was kind enough to give me an idea of the cost of the services so I would be prepared. When I arrived at the salon I noticed how clean and well kept it was. Emily immediately greeted me and was very warm and welcoming. She immediately got me in her chair. Even though she has spoken with Nikki about what I wanted done she took the time to go over it with me as well as getting my thoughts/opinion on some colors she had in mind. I felt was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. Emily was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable almost like catching up with a friend. She also recommended products I could use for to maintain the color in my hair as long as possible. She definitely made me feel special and I will without hesitation return. First of all I have been coming to Anchor Salon for so many years I thought I found my place. I love Nikki and her haircuts in my eyes she is the best. But she became involved with the Slice Squad and then she told me she no longer can service me and take care of my haircuts she is too busy doing colors. Honestly I suppose I am naive I thought we were friends she has been my hairdresser for many years so I was shocked. And now I found out no else is willing to take of my haircuts either...WOW what a way to treat a long term customer. I was the one willing to take a later appointment when her dog needed an operation anytime she needed to move me I was willing. I found out that Nikki has no care about her clients all she simply cares about is money. So I truly hope she makes ton of money and it brings her much happiness in life. I know there is a salon out there for me. Perhaps all this affects me more than others but I suffer from panic attacks so its hard especially when you have had the same hairdresser for many years and you found out what she really truly is made of so sad....please customers dont ever feel like your a special friend of Nikki's the minute she has the opportunity she will say she...

What a fantastic place to find the “beautiful” you all over again. Full service hair salon. Cuts, washes, perms (if that’s your thing), colors...you name it. I could keep going, because the ladies working there were born with talent! (Amy did an amazing color job on my wife!)
