This morning I was in need of a transmission for a nissan murano. I called my local salvage yard . No luck. They sent me to kar auto. Which is 1 hour 45 minutes one way. I called them at 9 am. The lady who answered was very professional, answered all my questions and she had a plan to have it off the vehicle by 5pm. I greatly appreciate the customer service from everyone there. Towed my car 10 miles and charged me over 800 dollars. Address on business card is not the same as physical address. Owners are rude and charged me $150 for 2 gallons of gas and a dead battery. Still unable to locate my mothers ring worth $200.00 and my car was dead when i went to pick it up. Car was still repossesed by K And C Motors due to missed $200.00 payment. I was able to locate a part I needed through their website and sent them an email about it. I received a follow up call within a half hour, and they had the part pulled and ready to go for me later that afternoon at an unbeatable price. The staff is very friendly and seem to genuinely want to help people. They even looked for an additional part that I asked about when I arrived. The part they checked on wasn’t in great shape, so they didn’t offer to sell it.
