I would like to share my experience to hopefully help out anyone who might be thinking of shopping at this store. My fiance and I were out looking for a mattress last week and when we entered the store we were greeted by a women who introduced herself as Melissa. We told her what we were looking for and she took us back to the mattress section. My fiance had stopped at the restroom as Melissa and I continued to the back of the store. Melissa began telling me about the mattresses showing me the selection and told me "you need to lay down to get the full effect." I was hesitate because I felt she was coming off a little flirty after my partner was no longer by my side. She insisted so I laid on the mattress and she laid down beside me. At this point I was very uncomfortable she was asking questions about who the "women" was that was with me and made a joke about not seeing a ring on my finger. My fiance returned and I told the sales women to give us a couple of minutes to discuss how much we would like to spend. She gladly disappeared through a door in the mattress room. So this is a warning for couples entering this store beware of the older blonde women who obviously has little to no boundaries. I am unsure if she was wearing a wedding ring because frankly I was not there to pick up a sales women I was there to by a mattress. She was probably close to my mothers age as I am in my 20's. If you are looking for more then furniture this might be the place for you! And if this is how they train employees to make a sell I have no desire to spend my hard earned money here. We were nervous about buying furniture due to a bad experience the last time. We were on the fence about just going to marketplace and calling it a day. We stopped in and was greeted by braden, I believe was his name. He asked if we needed anything then let us walk around with hovering. I am not a person who reviews unless it is great service. We left with what we wanted and then some!! We were so impressed with all the staff because when they walked by they acknowledged you, instead of like you werent their problem. Jaden kept his space but also checked up on us and offered so much insight since we had no idea what we were doing! This is the worst company to deal with it all started 2 years ago when we unfortunately bought a couch and love seat from hear we was told that they could set up payments for us so we did to find out 2 days later they had ran a credit application for a lazy boy card now fast forward 2 years and we have a problem with said love seat and talked with them about fixing it since it has a life time western and they ask if we can drop it off when they should have picked it up ten was told after they alhad it a week it will be 100 dollars to get the love seat back due to a labor charge that was never discussed and besides all of this the lady that owned this place has always been very rude towards me and my kids so please stay away...
