My appointment was at 1:35 AM. I arrived early, at 12:45. They told me to park at the dock but keep the trailer doors closed, take the papers to the office, and wait until they tell me to open the doors. They’re very strict — you must check in at least 10 minutes before your appointment, and not just at the guard shack, but in the office. If you’re late, they won’t take you.
I waited in the truck. They finally called me 1.5 hours after my appointment to open the doors and back in fully. Unloading was quick — only half the trailer. Around 3:20 AM I got a green light, but they said that the green light means nothing and I must wait until they call that papers are ready.
Since I had freight for another delivery and needed to keep the right temperature, I closed the doors but stayed at the dock. At 5 AM they called, asking why my doors were closed. I explained everything, but they still said, “You must keep them open.” I went back, opened them again, and the warehouse guy told me, “You’re good, you can leave.”
Now I’m sitting here again, waiting for the paperwork — doors open, product exposed — all because of their nonsense rules and bureaucracy. In the end, after almost four hours, they finally called and texted me that I could come to the office to get my paperwork. I left around 6:30 AM — and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever come back here again. Extremely slow. When I asked why it took almost 4 hours just to get the papers, the ladies in the office just shrugged and said they didn’t know. Looks like the warehouse guys weren’t doing anything. How can it take four hours to get paperwork after unloading? Makes no...
Read morePlace is horrible. Personal vehicles are parked everywhere on the entire truck lot. They have you back into a door woth your doors closed, then walk a mile to the receiving office. Then you wait for a call to open up. Then you have to dock, dolly down, disconnect, and pull forward. Then take a picture of the door number, the wheel chalk, and the trailer being disconnected. Then you have to walk a mile back to the receiving office to show them the pictures. Go back to your truck and wait for the call for paperwork then walk a mile to the receiving office again to get your paperwork. One of the woman at the receiving office uses a back scratcher to slam open the window, then chuckles as she's telling you you have to take the pictures and walk them back up and says you're not allowed driving up then used the back scratcher to slam the window closed. I wouldn't mind about taking the pictures if we could do it all at once, but after driving all day long, that's too much unnecessary bs to have to walk that distance 6 times. Let's be honest, the woman at the window is too lazy to reach to open the window, but then chuckles when telling us how we have to take the pictures and walk them back up. Place is a complete joke. I'm going to start charging walmart for the use of my personal device.
Update: I bumped it up to 3 stars because when the guy called me to tell me to open my doors, without me saying anything, said I can take the pictures and text them to him to save time and so I didn't have to walk all the way...
Read moreI arrived an hour early for our appointment. They provided us with a door, which was ready upon our arrival. We ensured everything was prepared and completed the necessary paperwork as instructed by the guard shack. The guard was very pleasant when we first arrived. After checking into the office and unhooking the door, the staff there were also very friendly. There were no issues, and after two hours, the paperwork was ready. We fully unloaded without any complications regarding the paperwork return. The staff continued to be very accommodating. Upon checking out at the guard shack, they confirmed that the trailer was empty. Overall, it was a very nice and efficient process. I had anticipated a much worse experience based on the reviews about this place, but from my experience at around 2 AM, when I arrived an hour early for check-in, everything went smoothly. Everyone was courteous, and I appreciate that. Thank you, Walmart.Additionally, the image I possess was originally created by someone else. I merely captured a screenshot of it because, despite the guard shack providing directions and pointing the way, having a pre-existing image greatly assisted me in understanding the layout of the facility and remembering...
