Sunfrog has been the worst shirt ordering experience I have ever had, Doing any art uploads and designs is not friendly, It seems like they consistently have "Server Errors" which are irritating if I have a deadline to meet. As well as their help departments are essentially useless because the people you call know nothing and you have to be sent to over 2 other people in order to get a simple answer. The wholesale department is awful, I have honestly called about 36 times and have never been answered, this is in a span of multiple days, eventually it would get to the point that they closed.    Read moreI ordered a couple of T-shirts from Sunfrog and they were too big for me. It was not the company's fault because they sent what I asked for. But Apparently the sizes are different from one country to another. So I emailed them to see if I could exchange the T-shirts with a smaller size.
They replied "Hello Ahmad, I have imported an order for replacements to be sent to you as soon as possible. In place of returning the items and in the spirit of SunFrog's "Hope Gives" policy, we would ask that you pay it forward by donating the item to a local charity or someone you may know that is in need.    Read moreI wanted to take a moment to highlight this business. I made a purchase of three items on their website, and when I had received the items, I'd seen the sizes I ordered would not work. I had my fiance email their support team about an exchange. I was surprised to see an email quickly come across saying the exchange has been processed. What had really stuck out about this was their return policy mentioned in the email. Rather than return the shirts, the email instructed me to donate them to a local charity, or person in need.
