Family Dollar — Local services in Geary

Store manager is rude she seems to think she can talk and treat people however she wants. Her boss was notified several times but nothing was ever done about it he always stated to just hang in there.. She came off the clock to get in a mangers face because she was mad at them.. She now allows her employees to come to work with their children so now Geary family dollar is a daycare I was in their last night and an assistant manager had her children at work with her while she was on the clock in a truck day doesnt seem very well thought out or appropriate at all... The assistant manager debbie has an attitude problem and seems to enjoy causing a scene and cussing at other people while having a line boy thats seems like too notch employees.. Theres been complaints but nothing is every done mainly because once it gets to zach it stops and dies with him..jessica the store manager marks down items for her family as she sees fit.. I just feel like the higher ups should know this.. Its a terrible store.. And ive honestly never seen it so gross and out of order as it is now.. Something needs to be done because alot of the town is ready to protest the uneducated store manager...

This store is very clean and organized. Having this store in town has been very helpful for all of us in our community. Am a little bias? Maybe. I use to work there and worked with Jessica and Debbie. Back then, they were both assistance managers and helped train me. I have never seen them be rude to any customers or to co-workers. This is the cleanest family dollar I have ever been in and the employees are very friendly and helpful! I grew up in this town and have seen how well they have kept the store.
