Definitely go by all the bad reviews of this place, Not the good ones... This place is a complete joke! I originally called and was told to just stop by, and was told they would determine a price after looking at the merchandise. So I stopped by the other day with a huge box of everything from Beanie Babies to vintage dolls and Furbies, just hoping to get a price for everything I had. The person that waited on me acted like she was afraid to get bitten by the box, and took out a couple of Beanie Babies, only to give me attitude with a couple of 'tisks', telling me that the tags were tattered, and the Beanies were stained...Give Me a Break!!! Then she had the nerve to tell me that it states on their website that the Beanies need to be in perfect condition. Well, Excuse Me!!!!!!!!! Pardon me, for not having researched your website before stopping by. Meanwhile, she never even bothered looking at anything else, and told me she'd have to take a pass... Unbelievable! Well, the joke was definitely on her... I took the box home and found that I had at least several hundreds of dollars in Furby's, that she was way too arrogant to even consider. I took all the rest of the dolls, and donated them to Goodwill. So, if you want to be treated like a 3rd class bum trying to sell any of your dolls, don't waste your time on Sell 4 Value, who should actually change their name to, 'Must B Perfect'... BTW Sell 4 Value, you may want to try cleaning up the messy disaster inside your office area. Since you expect all the merchandise you purchase to be perfect, you may just want to set an example... :( In addition, their response is just as much as a joke as visiting their location. Here we go... back to their 1. 2. 3. sets of rules copied and pasted from their website... No Thanks, 'Must B Perfect', I'll take my business...

Less than truthful. They will buy your items significantly below half of retail sales on eBay. I sent them an inventory of 64 Hummels, I never sent the Hummels, properly graded... they claim to only buy mint condition. I asked for an estimate of purchase price, assuming that they might downgrade them. I was told that my items could be purchased for $1-4 even though the average eBay selling price was $15-20 +. They don't make offers to buy they just send you a check. Despite two requests on how I would receive my items back if I didn't accept their purchase price I never...

I had a very pleasant experience here, unlike many of the reviews below. I went to sell some old Hummels and Lladros. They were upfront that they look at pricing online to see what they have historically sold for and then give you a portion of that to buy the item outright. It was great to be able to make some money on the figurines and get them out of the house. They told us when something was broken or they would be unable to sell it so we could take those back. Anyways, it ended up being a good experience and would recommend if you have good condition...
