They have over 60 units locked out because people cannot afford their new price plan and with the lack of grandfathered prices for renters of many years have had to abandon their units.

It’s either blow them off and feed your family or pay for their over priced units, and starve. It’s shameful a local place like this because such rubbish ran by rubbish people.

I rented a storage unit here for almost a decade before they decided they’re the “premier” storage facility for Genoa City and jacked their prices through the roof.

Driving through you can see more than half the units are double locked meaning more than half their renters can’t afford their new prices.

They don’t accept card payments.

The old woman who drives the rusted out blue Nissan is downright rude. Rude in such a way that she’s a nasty old lady to deal with.

The woman who is the owner is a nice person but clearly she’s “hurting” for money.

Maybe they’ll return to the old previous price plan, probably not. Once the prices go up they never come...

The doors are nearly impossible to open. They have come down trapping people inside the unit. The units are filled with mice and bugs. There is no one on the premises...
