We were specifically looking for “apartment” or “camper/trailer” sized recliners. We had been searching for about 2 weeks and just couldn’t seem to find what we wanted in stock, size, price or location. I went on-line and found a place BESCHE FURNITURE. I went to my Husband and told him, “I found a place that looks to have what we want!” Upon calling, we were placed with a salesman, Joel. He was very kind, professional and explained that the price we saw on line was cheaper than what it should have been listed. Nonetheless, he checked the dimensions to ensure we were looking at the same item and told us he had 3 in stock and in the color we wanted! We arrived at the showroom a few hours later. Upon arriving within two minutes (at most) we were greeted by a friendly employee. We told him we had spoke to Joel on the phone and out of respect and courtesy we would like to meet with him. We were greeted by Mario. He explained Joel was in another building at the time, but he would gladly assist us until Joel was available. Mario spoke with us like we were friends for years. He educated us about the Besche Furniture business and made us feel right at home. Mario took us to the recliners he knew we had asked about (previously when we spoke to Joel earlier in the day) and even told us they would honor the price we had seen on line today, WE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO ASK!!

The selection, professional attitude and warmth of each person we met from the phone call, showroom to picking up at their warehouse everyone is 10/10!! We will shop, buy and recommend anyone that has furniture needs for your home, vacation home, camper, destination trailer or college shop here at BESCHE Furniture!!!

I’ve been very happy thus far with my experience. I worked with Travis to place my offer; he was patient, thorough and helpful. I waited approx 15 months for delivery due to supply chain issues. When they contacted me to deliver I was in the middle of a family emergency and another family loss out of town and they graciously held the items for a more convenient time. Delivery day, 3 young capable guys showed up on schedule, led by Rodney. Rodney took the lead and the guys delivered and assembled pieces timely, and provided much info. Upon their departure, although we thought we checked all moving parts, we realized one recliner motor was operating but made a grinding motor noise, clearly not as quiet or functioning as the other units. We called the company, they got Rodney to return the call and a plan was made to order a replacement. We should have that part in short time and Rodney assured me he would arrange to come and replace. The management, staff are all attentive and that’s what I seek from a local store, real people with real concern for their customers. Big box companies are fine but if I’m valued as a customer, I choose to support...

Our salesman, Dennis Donovan, was exceptional! He was patient, knowledgeable and very sensitive to our unique needs. I can’t say enough about his consideration of my sister’s handicaps in our decision to purchase a lift recliner chair. He arranged for immediate delivery when I explained Mary Sue had fallen that morning. The delivery men also deserve to be acknowledged. They were gentlemen and their kindness and patience along with their respectful behaviors made a very difficult situation better. Due to my sister’s health issues, she is difficult to help. The men stepped outside to offer privacy at one point which was respectful and appropriate. To just respond to the quality of the chair, would be lacking the real purpose of this survey. The chair is amazing and certainly meets our needs. Although very expensive, it is worth it for the quality of Mary Sue’s life.
