I brought in a $3,000 Sony OLED TV that needed a new main board. I was given a speedy estimate and timeline over the phone. After brining in the TV and expecting a 1-2 week turnaround, I received a message that my TV was done and working within 3 days. Upholding the high quality of work, they kept it and ran it over night to ensure the problem was fixed. As eager as I was, to get my expensive TV back, I was the one running behind!

Less than 1 week later This same TV broke (non-repairable) by using the wrong hardware to mount it. I called and explained what happened to see if they’d be interested in buying back the parts they’d installed. Not only did they take the broken TV off of my hands (needed to be recycled) for free vs. paying the recycle fee, they GAVE me an old display TV similar in quality out of no other reason than the kindness of their heart.

Amazing people that deserve every cent of your business if not more! Have not had a more compassionate group of individuals so willing to help when they had no obligation to.

I switched from my long time provider as I had lost confidence in them. I engaged with one of the owners;Thomas, for a commercial and residential project. I am in the retail business for 45 years and have been the number 1 Harley-Davidson dealership in the nation. So I know customer satisfaction. My experience with these guys was superlative. They did a great install at my dealership and Dave and Joey did the same at my home. They are penultimate professionals. They not only know their business but they are pros on the customer relationship side. Jessica the co-owner and sister of Thomas was great too. What a great experience! Initially met with Mike at their showroom (very nice, btw) who was very helpful in providing me dimensions so I could verify what size TV we could fit on a particular wall. He also provided guidance on the audio system. We had Joey come out about 10 days later to confirm what the installation required. I sent in the contract and dropped off a check for the full amount on July 16th, and went home to discover the next day that Samsung had put the TV we selected on sale for $500 off. I followed up a quick email with a call to Mike, and he confirmed that if Samsung gave them the discount, they would pass the savings through to me. Not only did Georgetown TV honor that price reduction (and rebate me the discount), but the installation was done quickly and professionally by Joey and his crew. Great job cleaning up, and we could not be happier with the results!
