If I could give this a zero star experience, I would. I ordered my sectional in early March for delivery in early May. After seeing if they were going to deliver it on my move in, they tell me they don’t have the product in stock...they tried to inform me that since other things were going on in the world, they weren’t going to worry about my issue for their mistake... that’s not the way you talk to a customer.
Then, I order something just because I want to be in the confines of my own home and feel at home and all of a sudden, they send me the wrong sectional. I had told the previous rep that I needed a reversible sectional but it wasn’t notated on the account. They wouldn’t take accountability for their mistake and so I’m stuck with a sectional I can’t use...so I have to return this to Goodwill and now be left with no furniture. Terrible service all the way around. Do business with them at your own peril and go directly to the store to talk to them because over the phone service...

I called the warehouse and they said they would get the missing items out when the delivery truck is available in my area, well let’s just say the drivers truck never made it near me and I never got my missing items until I drove to Georgetown to get them. I was texting with Lori and she apparently blocked my number due to me texting her and asking for an eta of the missing items. She was very rude and had no customer service skills at all. They delivered a damaged couch and when I called Tracey she was extremely rude. Told me that she didnt care and hung up.
