Oh my goodness, Shawnee helped make my wedding a DREAM come true! I'll add better pictures when the photographer is done editing them, but I will add the photo Shawnee took of my ridiculously heavy veil bobby pinned to my head so we would know how to fasten it to my hair later that day. I don't ever wear makeup anymore and I was a little worried a full face of it might feel cakey or weird, but it absolutely did not. Felt natural, quite frankly, and I actually ended up rubbing my eye a time or two, forgetting I was even wearing anything! And my hair - MY HAIR! It was SO windy on our wedding day. Just the most blustery day imaginable. But when Shawnee curled and styled my hair, she did it so good that even the wind couldn't touch it. And I know what you're thinking... "was your hair super crunchy, since it was staying in place?" NO. LITTLE TO NO HAIR CRUNCH-AGE!!! I don't know how she did it, but she made my hair both fluffy AND firm. I felt like a princess all day, largely thanks to Shawnee. And the salon itself is the cutest place ever! Highly recommend going here for anything and everything they offer. I also had my eyebrows waxed, which I was nervous about, because I've never had anything waxed. She talked me through it and it turns out? Pretty painless!
