DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE OR HONESTY ABOUT PRODUCTS. Worst customer service ever. Floor came up grout is cracked all over the kitchen. They came out and looked at the house - didn;t call back. Called again - came out - didn't call back again 2nd time. Called again 3rd time. Stated it was our fault due to pets. Despite no longer having pets and it continues to deteriorate. Did not remove the floor underneath, did not come back to reseal groutfor the INITIAL INSTALLATION Said white grout wouldn't stained with age. and waterproof Grout is stained despite cleaning lady coming regularly. Agreed to get a 3rd party from the manufacturer. Still waiting . This has been going on over a year. Still not resolved. Still no 3rd...

I would not recommend this place. We purchased carpet and vynl. The day before installation, they called and said not enough carpet for the rooms we needed done. We drove back, which is about 45 minutes one way, to select new carpet. No one apologized for the inconvenience. They would not order more of the carpet we initially selected so we settled for a different carpet. We were told that carpet could be put in all the rooms we needed done, but then the next day, we were contacted and informed we had to use up the portion of the old carpet we selected initially and rest of the rooms, which was two, could have the new carpet we selected. Terrible service and the ladies there...

This place is AMAZING. Don't let the exterior fool you. It is HUGE, and they have the BEST deals. We got a quote of a place in Cincinnati for carpet and padding, it was $45,000. Ron did it w/labor for $22,000, it was the EXACT same carpet. We have a very nice home on a golf course,,,,,,we have used this company for EVERYTHING. Tile, granite carpet. etc. Their installers are professional, nice, clean up and come on time. We will always use Ron at Wholesale Carpet. And he has so much volume, that the inventory changes daily.
