Dollar General — Local services in Gholson

It’s like a mini Walmart, without the drive or crowds. This particular location is quite large and stocked with so many everyday needed items. From toiletries, school supplies, crafts, and movies to dry goods, frozen foods and everything in between, they have a little of most everything. It is spacious and easy to shop. The employees are helpful and friendly. This Dollar General store has been eagerly awaited. Gholson and the surrounding folks are so very glad to have the ability to shop close to home. This dollar general and i hope corporate sees this, because about 30-45 min ago went to get milk. We need milk for supper. Todays date 07/09/24 at around 7:00 pm got the milk went home. Wife went to take a drink and saw the experation date, 06/14/24. That is ridiculous, and when i called to tell them, she said it was supposed to be in a crate on the bottom shelf, because they don’t have anywhere else to put spoiled milk.
