Whit wort brewing is a great little brewery in Gibbon MN. Awesome historic building with high pressed tin ceilings, great tunes, and super friendly service. On my stop they had 2 light beers, a red, a Belgian, milk stout, almond joyful, a blonde, an IPA, an apple beer, plus a seltzer. Everything I tried was really nice, easy drinking beers. Stopped in for a brew and ended up hanging around for the supper special of the night: pulled pork sandwich, chips, baked beans and a huge, freshly made salad--all for only $8! The owner had the pork in his smoker at midnight before as well as the baked beans. Everything was delicious! Beer selection was good. Eclectic, vintage decor. Had a great time at the Tournaments on Tap event here! The selection of beer, cider, sours, and NA drinks were wonderful and the tap wall's pour your own beer system lead me to try drinks I wouldn't have otherwise which introduced me to surprisingly fantastic Mango Marshmallow cider.
