I wouldn't even give this one star.. I had a house fire back in the end of March so therefore money is still tight I got a dryer a week before I called him and the heating element went out. So I called him (found him on Google) I had two dryers both didn't work. I explained I needed one fixed.. well he calls and tells me he will fix both for 75 I explain I didn't have it my neighbor that was with me gives me 20 to go ahead and get both fixed I done knew what was wrong 1. Heating element 2. Power switch he kept saying fuse and something else on each well next day it don't work same thing .. comes out says he put another fuse in it well at that time I put the other in there due to my clothes needed dried turns out that one didn't work either he came back out said it was the cords!! It was working just not heating. Now I'm out 75.00 meldew clothes and he is obviously not going to give me my money back although I'm texting him now wanting it I paid 75 that I didn't really have BECAUSE he said he FIXED IT when in fact he did not. I will be going to see what I can have done and also posting to here Google Facebook tic Tok everywhere not to use him....

Mr. Orr did a good job getting our refrigerator back running. Due to part availability he had to Come back to replace the inventor board. Then it wouldn’t cool all the way down, I think it was getting low on Freon. I called him the next morning which was a Saturday and let him know it wasn’t cooling all the way down. He came back out that afternoon, determined it was a little low on Freon and charged it up. Stayed for a long while until he was sure it was cooling properly. Mr Jimmy showed up with in 15 mintutes. He did a great job on getting Refrigerator working. He had it working great with in 30 mintutes. Great man of God and his Wife Denise also. I would definitely recommend him before anyone else if u want prompt on time, great work, great personality s and your appliances getting fixed in a good prospective time and also he is very very reasonable on his prices.
