The folks at Randolph's were very attentive and accommodating. The salesperson shared her personal experience with products to aid in decision making for purchasing a dishwasher. She suggested that I take pictures for my wife of the appliances, so that she could see them as well. The personal touch of the sales experience in the show room was largely positive. I will be purchasing two appliances and will follow-up with a review about that part of the experience.
This is a review update as to the installation process. The installation folks were timely and professional. When installing the dishwasher the technician ran into unexpected issues with the previous installation but was able to overcome them and complete the task. He also took the time to explain important facts regarding the operation and care of the dishwasher. Bill and the other installer worked efficiently to remove and install the refrigerator. Operation and care was also described so that the appliance could be cared for and maintained.
Additionally, I had a separate problem with a stand alone freezer. I called and spoke with Bill, who was able to come over in an hour to investigate my problem. He proceeded to diagnose and repair the issue and I was able to avoid buying a new freezer.

I called on Monday, and unfortunately, the repairman was out on a job but I was told her would call me later that day to let me know when he could stop over and check it out. No word from the repairman so I called again on Tuesday, "Oh, sorry, he was really busy yesterday but I'll make sure he calls you today. No call back on Tuesday or Wednesday.    Read moreHORRIBLE experience!! Mr. Randolph let me know he was too busy to look at fixing my appliance bc it was warranty work and he did NOT make enough money. Sorry it was covered under a Lowe's warranty plan and he had a contract to fix it.
He told Lowe's he would show up and confirmed the date and NEVER showed. Lowe's called and he said he would not do it, he was too busy.
Thanks for wasting 3 weeks of my time. You should of told Lowe's NO in the beginning and end your contract with them.
