The check in staff at this location have a terrible attitude. They are "Del Monte" the help and care factors are below zero. I arrived at 8:45AM appointment at 9:00AM They said my appointment was at 11:00AM. Possibly the broker gave us an early appointment to be in the save side, which is not OK. To operate this way endengers the transport company planning. In this case my next load is lost because of this fake appointment. But the two individuals at check in could not care less about helping speed up the delivery. "We will do as we normally do" "It's not our problem" which is true. "just find a parking and we will call you when we are ready to recive you" I got a door by 11:10AM. I went back to the office at 2:00PM after being at the door for 3 hours and another staff member was there, II told him that I arrived at 9:00AM but the appointment was at 11:00AM and is now 2:00PM and I am still at the door. He asked me "what's your question?" I said that no one started unloading in the last 3 hours and he replied "so, what's your question?" So let me start with this NEVER in my life have I ever been treated so poorly to start there was only one person that spoke a tiny bit of English was the manager and when I say a tiny bit I mean it. He was also extremely rude about everything even the introduction, this warehouse should not be able to treat these people like that. The work hours are such a LIE I went in around 8am I was also told minimum we get 2 30 minute breaks a day, I only received ONE 15 minute break around 4-4:30 and I never was told to take another break around 9:30pm I realized I wasnt getting another break I tried asking around what time do they usually get off but no one really spoke any English but I found out usually they get off anywhere from 2-4am basically whenever the work is finished which granted it was a Friday and I was told that is the busiest day which does NOT make it right. I also never came back after the first day I see why they give first week bonuses for staying because who could bare working in this environment. Finally I never received my paycheck which it was only a day but still was never payed. Worse place I've been to make a delivery. The receiving guy is rude. Guy has no customer service skills and should definitely reconsider his job choice. You don't bring your personal issues to work. I'm disappointed that "Del Monte" would hire such an incompetent individual to handle a job that requires you to be polite to people and helpful. Got there at 8:45am for a 9:00am appointment and had to wait for a call at 12:00pm. Was able to leave at 2:30pm when they finished. They're time management is horrible here. They could care less about the diesel we waste waiting. They really don't care about appointment times either. Also, check your loads because they loaded me with merchandise that was damaged and when i complained and asked for it to be fixed before leaving the facility they refused. I literally had to cause a scene with Mr.Rude i spoke about in the beginning for them to agree to fix the issue. Definitely avoid this place at all cost.
