Pulled over here to take a nap and when I accidentally drained my battery an employee actually went out of her way to see if I needed help, offered her jumper cables to get me back on the road. We stop here (almost) every time we head to Sherwood Forest Faire. People are fantastic, food is incredible, shelves are always stocked, and its a great place to decompress after a 4 hour drive. While the food is slow to come out, i can see them making it, and it comes out HOT. Like give it a moment, or your gonna hurt. Worth the little bit of a wait, grab a drink and relax. Walch's has been there for as long as I can remember. The burgers are good, they serve beer that's not too pricey, and they have a 6' bar-style pool table (quarter fed, not hourly) that's level.
