Oak Tree Technical is the best CDL school for your money. The instructors, who have a wide range of experience and 45+ years of on-the-road experience between them together, were able to offer the exact kind of personal coaching that my wife and I were looking for. We needed to get certified for our Class A CDL and already had some experience on the road with a family member who more or less showed us the ropes. At this school your level of experience is considered and they will work with you like you’re a person and not another number who they’ve already been paid by. They want you to pass at this school so if you’ve never touched a truck or if you have a good amount of experience with them, the instructors will teach you everything you need to know to pass the test, giving you tips in the process. The trainers were always on time and very patient with us. The personalized training and the test are in the same location and you’ll use the same provided truck and trailer. The owners, a super friendly Jamaican couple, were extremely helpful with the whole process. By the end of the week my wife and I spent here training, we got familiar enough with the examiner De’Rion to be comfortable and not have our nerves impacting our ability to pass the test. They opened about 1-2 years ago so this is a fairly new location, but don’t let that scare you because the training we received was top notch! While we were there they were even paving a new part of their course to expand and to comply with new testing regulations, so you can be sure that this school will offer up-to-date training and certifications.

I needed to add a passenger endorsement to my Class B license I already had. Tisa, one of the owners, so very nice on the phone, was able to schedule me quickly. Upon arriving I was greeted by Mike one of the trainers. Mike was amazing and thorough and gave many tips to help to succeed on the test. Derion, the other owner and instructor, husband and wife operation here!! Was absolutely amazing. Patient with no pressure and I was made to not feel nervous at all during testing!! Explained each portion of test throughly prior to testing.

Place is relatively new, about 2 years they have been open. Clean facilities with new pavement for training. They have every vehicle onsite that you need for and license. Class C,B or A!
