First time I'm calling last time on calling Every now and then I visit Vero Beach I'm from another county I drive by and I see this business so I was curious to find out what it was about today Totally unprofessional the way they answer the phone don't introduce the company don't introduce their name have no clue what they were about so I decided to find out. What a mistake I will never consider visiting this company or giving in my business ever ever. They don't know how to talk on the phone they mumble you can't hear them they whisper if you're going to run a business get quality professional people to answer the phone in a quality professional way. Would I recommend this place know when I consider this place know after my experience on the phone absolutely not it was horrible. I don't know what's wrong with this generation and I don't care but somebody needs to do something they are making these businesses go out of business they don't know how to talk and act on the phone what a turn off what a disappointment I was really looking forward to going in there and seeing what they're all about and possibly spend some money but not need more. The owners son EXTREMELY RUDE! I drive over a hour to shop here with my family and referred many friends and extended family to shop here for many years. Spend over $100 each time. Today was $156. I bought my husband a shirt for father's day when got in car I asked him if he seen them because was thinking of buying him more. My husband said he didn't care for them. I had placed bag in trunk of car, went around block & back to the store about 5 minutes after leaving & he refused to return it! Receipt says 5 day return policy, he pointed to sign on wall no returns due to Covid and no stores taking returns. I said yes they are. If it was due to Covid everything that is touched should Not be Sold! I watched man trying shoes on and put back on shelf, people try on clothes. I said I talked to lady who usually helps me. He said it Doesn't matter his parents own the place. Told him I will not drive all this way & shop here anymore. He said okay and that I can leave. As I was leaving he walked me to door saying not going to argue with me. So arrogant! It is a shame to have their son ruin the business. March 2023: haven’t been there since last x. Upgrading to a ‘3’. Expect it to be not real exciting, but at least COVID’s been tamed.. I’ll still be doing the mask-thing however; I kind of like it. Saves you from looking twice at my face anyways (all scarred up from Iraq and covert ops [🤓😬⚠️💪].

April 2021: It is their shocking policy that zero employees wear any covid mask protection... none.. notta...not one. And there were a bunch of employees. All the customers sure did. It made it easy to identify the employees. The staff was friendly but had an odd attitude. The two I spoke with seemed proud they would not wear a mask in this pandemic. I know they must be bright intelligent folks. But apparently not inclined to think about others too much. I characterize it as a ‘you-last // I’m more important’ attitude. And that’s not an original thought. It’s from the Scriptures...
