Ulysses was my guy. Great to deal with. Honest man. So my story is I had made an appointment with another installer who works for himself and claims to be seasoned. Well short story goes. He's having trouble. Calls the manf. And still can't get my backup camera to work. I call around other shops. All wanting appts. Until I came across Valley and Ulysses. I asked him if he was busy and if not possibly squeeze me in and look at my situation. He said yes and swing by. Brought it to him and he looked. It was done in a flash. Seriously I asked him what was the issue. The previous installer did not connect the camera plug all the way in. Cmon seasoned somebody. Dot your I's & cross your T's. I'm so glad Ulysses caught that and got my camera working. And recently he also resolved something the last installer forgot. I'm really glad I met up with Ulysses. Ulysses is the MAN. The whole staff was honestly hospitable and very friendly. I went in because my sound system in my car stopped working. I had got it done a couple years back at a different place. Throughout the years, I've had multiple problems that I had to either fix myself or get it fixed somewhere. Turns out, the wiring was completely messed up and causing power surges leading to melting wires, etc. Nobody ever told me until now. Not only did Ulysses let me know, but he rerouted everything and replaced all the wires. It only took 15 minutes. Craziest part, he did it for FREE. I offered to pay because he deserves to be compensated and he still declined and all he asked was for me to leave a review. I will be back to get more done on my car. Exceptional customer service. Ulysses worked absolute magic on my 2016 Tige boat factory sound system. I’m not exaggerating when I say he took a decent, loud sounding system and turned it in to a really deep and even louder sounding system. The sound is infinitely better now! The best part is he didn’t need to change or add anything to accomplish this, he found that the tuning was off from the factory and was able to unlock the full potential! With that said, he got creative and was able to add another subwoofer in a random spot which is pretty awesome. We just got back from taking the boat out and I had multiple other boat owners mention and compliment my new audio. This man has my business for all of my audio needs!!!...
