We are a small business in Gilbert and our main POS computer crashed in the middle of the day. I contacted Who's Your Tech (they were highly recommended on a neighborhood page) and Andrew called us within a minute and helped us form a plan. We did not have a backup of the data on our computer and he was able to recover all the data we needed! He fixed our computer with minimal downtime to our business and had our computer running better than before. He built us a new server computer so we can avoid any downtime if something similar happens in the future.

While updating our computers Andrew quoted us to update our camera system. It has been on our list to update for a few years and we are sooooo glad we had them move forward. We can't believe how much better our camera system is and how clear the images are. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews but Andrew from Who’s your Tech is an exception. I moved to Phoenix a few months ago from another state and was looking for a tech. I had called around to many companies and ended up using a large company. Every time they would come out to fix an issue I would get a different tech and would have to explain my issues all over again. Andrew's customer service is amazing! I have a small business and had an issue connecting earbuds to my computer. I do live TV broadcasting with SKYPE and several times the earbuds would stop working while I was live. No one could figure out why.
