Live loads: find your dock and follow 1, 3, and 4, and you will have no issues. Live loads take about 45mins in most cases. We all know there's that one time at band camp that it took 12hrs to get loaded. Lol. If that be the case, no sweat. They have a break room with food, snack and drink vending machines, a microwave and of course free water (2 bottle limit). Bathrooms are clean and they even have 2 phone's for you to use in case you can't get a signal (bad reception in this location). The TV is always on something good, ie: football, basketball, baseball. So if you are stuck here, at least you can watch the game. For those of you that run out of hours or are what is referred to as a solar driver, outside the gate, on top of the hill is a dirt lot with a few dropped trailers that you can take your break at. For those of you traveling with kids, there is an area just outside the gate with a gravel walkway around it where I let my boys mark their spot. Please be kind and PICK UP after your kids, there were some land mines last time I was there. One more thing, if you need or want to WEIGH your wagon, there is a scale about a half mile from the plant that is available 24/7 @ a cost of $9.00. Last time I was there he only took...

Fast loading time. Please have all your pu numbers and snacks before arriving. There is nowhere to park after appt. No cell service for next 12miles. And no truck parking until you get to interstate. It's off Hawkins park hwy 14 fm state hwy 14. From the pilot on 20 it's about a 14minute drive. 2 red lights through towns and one railroad Xing. What's weird is sign says gross limit is 58klbs but there is no other way out of there. As far as the facility, it's really clean spread out nicely. Easy to back in to docks. Loading takes 30min or so. Depends on the day and the time. But while you're there, no cell reception whatsoever. No Wi-Fi for drivers. Only a static ahh touch tone inside the break room. Oh yeah. Got here at 06:54 for a 08:00 appt delivery and 13:00. Put in a door immediately, unloaded and loaded in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Only 2 stars because no over night parking and they over-loaded my trailer. They load trailers for a living, and yet, can't seem to get it right. A few other reviews talk about overweight, so this is obviously a problem here. If you're looking for a place to park, it's $10 a night, and the certified scale is $15 with a free re-weigh.
