Placed an order for sod a week in advance, rented a truck for the day. Running about 20 minutes late called to notify them but no one answered. Arrived at 10:25am to be told that our order of sod had been given away! I showed the young lady at the register my call log showing that I was trying to call and no one answered, she replied with, “well there is nothing I can do now.” There was plenty of other pallets of sod that were still waiting to be picked up......UPDATE: The Home Depot saved the day. I didn’t realize Home Depot and Lowe’s both carry SOD ready for pick up daily, no advanced orders need...
