Today started off well, excited to go out for my birthday. On our way headed tworges home and stopped at a place we normally enjoy going. However today August 24,2020 at 6:25 pm I was not greated as a costumer should be. I wasn't even treated as anyone would expect to. I was in a very rude demeanor asked where my mask was? I started to say that just maybe two weeks prior I was told that wearing a mask in the lions den was a personal choice. However today it was yelled at me and my husband. Than the obvious uneducated clerk proceeded to say its the law. Hmm No its not a Law. It is a executive order per governor Gretchen Whitmore. The police won't even enforce the "wear a mask"as they inforce the law and that only. In order for anything to pass to law it has to be voted on! It has to pass legislation! Wearing a mask is not a LAW!! However today this unprofessional uneducated clerk proceeds to engage in arguing that it is. If you want people to wear masks than as a company you would expect all employees to ask a customer to please put one on as well as checking temperatures at the door, and either hand sanitizer or requiring gloves. I hear often following CVC guidelines. I have to question how is wearing a mask following CVC guidelines? The CVC tells us it is not healthy to wear a mask as it depleats our immunity system and allows our bodies to be acceptable to catching pretty much anything ! Again if you wish for customers to wear masks than ask in a polite tone. As well as underlining health conditions, which in my case "masks it impossible to breath" with a mask on! My constitutional rights and Hippa rights where both violated within a minute. If anyone is going to argue about whats a law, I would suggest taking a government class, possibly not dropping out of school. This was literally the most uneducated bark session I've ever heard! If this Clerk knows the law so well, please go study law! However she could never pass a class let alone become any professional in this area. My husband and I stop in thjs location as well as the one between Concord and Jackson. We always buy something. So please take a look at my account. Do the math. What I purchase on average cost over a year and see just by one customer how much business you will now loose because of a rude uneducated clerk! Than remember im one chstomer, how many others has this happened to? I didn't get my birthday gift as you couldn't get past her rude aditude a big mouth! Being involved in business the amount of loss over one clerk is hardly worth paying her to drive off customers. In today's market with online shopping, stores like yours are becoming more rare and sales have slowed down in large amounts. How much should one rude clerk cost your company? I s Was out side with her just walking so we could both stretch our legs after being in the car for about 3 hours and the staff told me with it being an 18yr and older establishment that she was not even allowed on the property. Which I have worked at cirillas and boudoir noir which is an adult novelty store such as this and like all property it is public property out side. It states 18 and older to enter the store not to walk outside. Not bothering anyone.
