Kohls Community Markets — Local services in Glandorf Township

I loved Kohls Market when it had its original owners like, Mark Kohls & Denny Kohls, and was all local and different other big stores. I have REALLY started to dislike the store after Fresh Encounters Inc. bought the store.

I am still proud of the service I received with the original employees from Kohls. Unfortunately, it seems like they don't want to be there anymore after the change occurred and that is just saying that this change isn't good for Ottawa as it is just a small community.

If you do not want to see a corporation promising for you to "Shop Local" and have a few duplicate items that you could get a cheaper price at Walmart, along with their bakery and produce, then this is NOT the place you want to visit. Kohls Market gained a lot of trust but it is not the same with Fresh Encounters...

In my opinion they have the best donuts locally. If you get there around the time they open and get them fresh I assure you will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of items as you would expect from a grocery store. It honestly has a great nostalgic feel to me like grocery stores used to be when I was a kid.
