They deserve far more then 5 stars. I went through a out of state closing on a home, and had to have documents printed on legal paper and the documents needed changed 3 times! Each time I called they prepared my documents in less then 10 min (right before they closed!) and had them ready when I walked in the door. AMAZING!! My lovely trustee at option bank referred them to me, I am so glad I went with them. A breath of fresh air to receive a service that they care about just as much as the customer cares about the product they are receiving. Also, they have a amazing little boutique shop and I couldn't help but shop while standing there paying for my papers. They do much more then print papers too! So nice to have a place like this close to home! Needed someone to print baby shower invites and inserts and I needed them fairly quickly. Walmart wasn't fast enough for what I needed and all of the print shops in the city were a hassle and not easy to work with. JKCC listened to what I needed, let me email the files to them (any format), and they had them ready in hours. The quality was great and the price was reasonable too. I will use them for much more. The staff great, helpful and knowledgeable. I was informed they are moving :( the building they will be going into is not really doable for handicap and nkt enough parking spots, and sometimes hard to back out into traffic from. :( But with that being said I do wish them continued luck with there...
