This company is a horrid excuse of an ISP. I am more likely to get a connection with girl who is interested in me than a decent cable connection to the internet. I was inspired to write this review due to the fact that my friend is out of internet, and will be without a connection for at least the night due to the company's awful working schedule. When you do have a connection to the internet, it peaks at 3 MBPS. Their prices are jacked for what they offer, which is very little in for being in the 21st century. I would recommend getting anything else other than a plan with Glasford Telephone Co, as it will be 100% more reliable, and the larger company will not procrastinate on a city...

Overall poor experience, internet frequently goes out and when it doesn't the download speed is sub-par. Staff is unavailable on weekends, holidays, and after 5 P.M. so if your internet goes out on a Friday at 6 P.M. you are out of luck until Monday morning. We recently had fiber optics installed and the workmanship is very poor as the wiring looks like a complete mess, the workers didn't even bother to hide their sloppy work. Due to Glasford Telephone Company having almost a complete monopoly on the area they provide a poor service and charge ridiculous...

I am in the process of changing out my internet now bc of how horrible this service is. We pay decent money every month for this horrible excuse of Wi-Fi. Do not use these services. I have fiber optic which is supposed to be “faster” but it is just the same bad connection as before. If I could rate it zero stars I would. Please go ANYWHERE else, do not waste...
