I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from this hunt brother’s pizza and I regret to say that it was an incredibly disappointing encounter. From the way my order was mishandled to the unsatisfactory customer service, my overall impression of this establishment has been greatly tarnished.

First and foremost, my order was completely botched. I specifically requested certain toppings, but when I drove 20 minutes out to pick it up, it was not at all what I had ordered. the toppings were incorrect, I ordered a supreme pizza with no olives, sausage, or mushrooms. This was particularly disheartening, as I had been looking forward to enjoying a delicious pizza.

When I expressed what happened to the owner and her daughter, to address the issue and request a replacement or a refund, I was met with resistance and denial. I told them both I was allergic to mushrooms and can’t have any sausage and The staff refused to acknowledge their mistake and insisted that I had received exactly what I had ordered. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

In addition to the unsatisfactory pizza and poor customer service, the overall experience left much to be desired. The ambiance of the restaurant was lackluster. These issues, combined with the mishandled order, only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction. This overall ruined any experience I’ve had at this hunt brothers. I order the same pizza every 2 weeks and I’ve never had issues and now I have a pizza that can’t be ate, money gone, and a pizza to waste.

To the owner, telling your daughter to not give me my money just because she thought she heard me say to add mushrooms, olives and sausage, does not look like good customer service. Should you be a small business or food service you should know about food allergies and how to fix the issue!
