Highland Park Market — Local services in Glastonbury

Excellent store that has survived the ages! I grew up hearing how highland park was the best store around and never appreciated it. Now that I'm older I can see why it has always been acclaimed as the best around. They carry only the best quality of everything. Produce, deli, meat, local offerings you name it it will be great.

I just drove past many acclaimed bakeries the other day to get a cake for a birthday because they make better cakes than most bakeries around!

When you check out, they will even bring your bags to the car and load it up...

Highland Park Market is a small grocery store that often has items that large stores like Stop and Shop don't carry. They also have a fabulous bakery and a wide selection of hot and cold prepared foods. Their pizza is thin crust and cooked fresh. Their steaks are very good and they sell Bell&Evans chicken, which is hormone free. There is rarely a line at the checkout counter and they have clerks who carry your groceries to your car. Highland also owns a generator so when Glastonbury loses power Highland stays open. An all around...
