Having read the reviews, I was skeptical about this facility and how the staff attitude would be. I arrived and upon checking in, the ladies in the office had a great attitude and were very friendly, helpful, and quickly got me signed in. Appt was at 09:00, got a door within a couple minutes of my appt time, and was loaded within 10 minutes. Check out was super fast and easy. Nice facility, big clean restroom inside and a Porta potty outside. I would recommend this shipper. Don't always believe the negative reviews you read. You're only getting one side...

This place may have changed to a nicer building but now they need to fire every women in the office and get someone that has a better attitude and wants to work. I know dealing with some truck drivers is hard but when someone goes out of their way to be nice and ask a few simple questions. Doesn’t deserve to be treated as rudely as that. This the place has really bright lights that light up the neighborhood at night. Used to be a nice dark Valley even with all the houses and now the warehouses have all put in really bright lights that are not shielded so they shine everywhere all night. Can hardly see the stars anymore at night.

Edit 7/16/20 Would be nice if they shielded the lights so residents who live nearby don't have to endure their lights...
