Pasadena Paintball Park — Local services in Glen Burnie

My friends and I were there this weekend and I personally had a terrible experience. We got there and the first thing was that the lady at the desk didn't know how many paintballs that we needed. We trusted her but she gave us WAY more than we actually needed so we had to pay for and take home 700+ extra paintballs. This was expensive and quite frankly a waste of money. Better guidance is expected from someone in this position. Out of the 4 games total that we played, my gun didn't work for the entire first game. That was 25% of the game time that I just flat out didn't get to play. When I told the guy about this right when the game started, he told me to "just hang out". I paid 50$ (!!!) to be there and I was not interested in just hanging out while my friends were all having fun. Also, the place was so incredibly crowded. It was 20 on 20 and this is just way too many people to play with. It felt like we were on top of each other the whole time (I was there with 4 friends). I've played paintball before in various other venues and countries and this one was the worst, I'm upset that now I have 50$ and a sunny Saturday that I'll never get back.

We spent a lot of money on my teenagers bday- group of 11. They tried to end a 2 hour party after 1 hour because "some of the kids messed with their masks" apparently. However, the rules are if 1 person lifts their mask they sit out. So why would you make everyone leave? Unfortunately I had to get an attitude and argue so "they let us stay". Our group overheard a staff wanting to end our party early so he could smoke a blunt. Then as we were leaving at 4 pm which I was told they close, another large group was let in. Idk if they double booked and were trying to push us out because they had to stay late or what but it was weird. Anyway $500 later I will take my business elsewhere. A couple of the staff were pleasant but my son and his friends were treated bad and I am disappointed. Plus I did not want to have to start arguing with people and be that parent but I absolutely am...

Went here for a corporate bonding trip and had the best experience I’ve had paint balling. We were lucky to have amazing weather and the instructors were so fun and friendly. We played a variety of games. Being close enough to the water there was still a breeze back in the woods. The obstacle are very diverse and there is plenty of cover. With a large group everyone was able to play and there was still enough space to not be caught at too close a range. Felt like a very safe experience and have definitely recommended to many other friends.
