I had a really bad experience with more its been a couple of months since i finished my payments with more but i had purchased a few items from them. So the first time i made a late payment i was charged all the interest from the whole furniture .. I did not recall hearing that but okay i dealt with it. Read moreI went into the Casa Grande store paid cash for two full size beds. They were delivered the next Tuesday slats missing for one of the beds. When I called about this I was told I would be called the next day telling me when the slats would be delivered. Well I never received a call back so that evening I called to find out what was going on. I then was told I could go to the warehouse and pick up my slats in Phoenix when I live 80mi away from there and already paid for delivery with my purchase so I guess if you order from here you better expect to not get what you ordered and to have to go pick it up after you paid for delivery. Will never go back and will not advise people to get anything from these people. Very poor customer service. Call ahead an hour they said... still ended up waiting in a lobby for them to "bring around furniture" to load in for 25 min. Absolutely the worst style of business and doesnt cater at all to customer. Everything is an inconvenience. You better be 110% its ths furniture you want.
I literally asked on phone if it will be ready when arrived. It was not. They didnt even schrdule to pull it till i arrived on site. Calling ahead was pointless.
Not just the worst setup for customers in furniture, but maybe of any product or store Ive ever been to.
